A. General Terms

• Acceptance of Terms: By using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
• Service Description: NumVya provides numerology-based services, including automatically generated digital reports and personalized consultation sessions for guidance purposes.
• User Responsibility for Accurate Information: You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete personal details for all services, including but not limited to: full name, date of birth (the actual date, even if it differs from official documents), gender, and contact information. NumVya is not liable for any inaccuracies in reports or consultations arising from incorrect information provided by you.
• Disclaimer: All services provided by NumVya are for guidance and informational purposes only. They should not be considered a substitute for professional advice from legal, medical, financial, or psychological experts. NumVya does not guarantee specific life outcomes or results from our reports or consultations.
• Intellectual Property: All content generated in the reports and provided during consultations is the intellectual property of NumVya. It is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, or resale of our reports is strictly prohibited.
• Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.

B. Terms for Online Report Purchases

• Nature of Service: Our online reports are digitally generated based on the information you provide and are delivered to you automatically via email and/or as a direct download.
• Payment: Full payment is required before the generation and delivery of any online report. All transactions are processed through our secure third-party payment gateways.
• Delivery: Upon successful payment, the report is typically generated and sent to the email address you provide within 5-10 minutes. However, in rare instances of technical issues, please allow up to 48 hours for manual processing and delivery. It is your responsibility to check your inbox, including spam/junk folders.
• Final Sale: Due to the instant, digital, and personalized nature of the reports, all sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for more details.

C. Terms for Consultation Bookings

• Booking Process: Appointments are confirmed only upon successful receipt of the full consultation fee.
• Rescheduling Policy: Clients are permitted to reschedule their appointment once free of charge. Any subsequent rescheduling request after the first will incur an additional rescheduling fee of INR 3,000/-. All rescheduling requests must be made via email at least 48 hours before the originally scheduled appointment time. Requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will be considered a forfeiture of the session.
• Punctuality: Appointments are conducted at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session duration or, if the delay is significant, a forfeiture of the entire session without a refund.
• Confidentiality: All client information and discussions during consultations are held in the strictest confidence and will not be shared with any third party without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

Information We Collect:

• Personal Identification Information: We collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and gender when you purchase a report or book a consultation. This is essential to provide our services.
• Payment Information: We do not collect or store your credit card, debit card, or net banking details. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway partners (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, PayU). Their privacy policies will govern the use of your payment information.
• Non-Personal Information: We may collect non-personal information about your device and browser to help us improve our website's performance and user experience.

How We Use Your Information:

• To Provide Services: Your name and date of birth are used to generate your personalized numerology report or prepare for your consultation.
• To Communicate With You: We use your email address and phone number to deliver your report, send appointment reminders, and respond to your inquiries.
• To Process Transactions: To facilitate payment for our services.

Data Security & Protection:

• We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
• Your data is stored on secure servers. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.

Data Retention:

We use your personal information solely for the purpose of generating your report. After your report is generated and delivered, we retain the data for a maximum of 7 days to allow you to re-download the report if needed. After this 7-day period, your personal data and the generated report are permanently deleted from our active systems. We strongly recommend you download and save your own copy of any purchased report upon receipt.

Third-Party Disclosure:

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website or conducting our business (like payment gateways), so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

Your Rights:

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you. You may also request that we correct or delete your personal information, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain it.

Online Report Purchases:

• All sales are final and non-refundable.
• Our service involves the instant, automated generation and digital delivery of a personalized report. The cost of generating the report is incurred the moment you make a successful payment.
• Once a report has been generated and delivered, it is considered a consumed digital good, and we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or cancellation for any reason.
• We do not provide refunds for reports generated using incorrect information (e.g., wrong date of birth) supplied by the user. Please double-check all information before purchasing.

Consultation Bookings:

• No Cancellations or Refunds: All consultation bookings are final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once a booking is made. Your payment reserves a specific time slot that is then unavailable to other clients.
• Rescheduling: While we do not offer refunds, we do allow for rescheduling as per the policy outlined in our Terms and Conditions (one free reschedule if requested at least 48 hours in advance).
